We have particular experience with government pension funds as noted in our case study section.  We provide support for fund accounting, strategy and planning, placing a control framework, building a treasury function and providing project management using our proprietary FIN-PRO Framework. 

Based on the scope, approach and initial timescale discussed, we propose to assign two partners, initially, to start at your earliest convenience; Madalena Sheehan Clausen and Robin Lauezzari. Madalena has consulted with a $100B+ state pension fund to conduct and Operations Study and develop an operational model and recommendations. This resulted in a series of revenue generating business goals for the Portfolio Management team.  Her work included developing a strategic plan covering technology, operations and the front office.  Robin worked on the development of the treasury function and control framework roll out for public markets. Both come from the industry and have strong program and project management skills. 

These individuals will work with you to prioritize your current book of work, set up the initial governance structure prior to bringing on other Finlay staff.   The initial Finlay personnel will work to mobilize the project through the creation of the governance model. We will utilize our proprietary FIN-PRO Framework, a described in more detail in our proposal. 

In addition, we will make available other expert resources available from The Finlay Group as and when necessary to provide specific assistance to the project.  We will include those profiles as we progress through the process. 

Finally, to ensure that your satisfaction with our work remains at the highest level, we will assign an independent Quality Assurance partner for this engagement.  They will meet you as you may require, to discuss any issue you would like to raise, and follow up any key actions that may be required.  This is in addition to the program framework we will provide.
